Yes. Noctis Studios is UK-based and open to projects worldwide.
How are source code, ownership and handover agreed?
Ownership, licences, source-code access and handover are set out in the project agreement.
Can ongoing development be included?
Further development and support can be agreed separately, with their scope and terms made clear.
