We are based in the United Kingdom and welcome project enquiries from other countries. The suitability, scope and contractual requirements of each project are assessed individually.

VAT: NOCTIS STUDIOS LIMITED is not currently VAT registered. We do not currently charge UK VAT. Any applicable tax treatment will be explained in the written quotation or agreement for your project.

Our work and portfolio

We develop web applications, mobile applications, client portals, business workflows and API integrations, and provide agreed maintenance and further development services.

ScanLens and PracticeComply are our own products. They are presented as products built and operated by us, not as projects commissioned by unrelated clients. Product screenshots may use fictional demonstration data. They illustrate the displayed product experience and do not promise a particular commercial outcome or confirm that every screenshot matches the latest live release.

ScanLens assists users in assessing suspicious content. It does not guarantee that a link, message or payment request is safe. PracticeComply's HMRC integration is in development; live filing is not currently offered. The products have their own applicable terms and privacy information, which are separate from this studio website.

Enquiries are not project contracts

This website provides information about our services and work. Sending an enquiry does not place an order, reserve capacity or create a software-development contract. We will discuss your requirements and agree a written scope and the applicable commercial terms before accepting a project.

Pricing, deliverables, schedules, payment milestones, intellectual-property rights, third-party costs, support arrangements and any service levels are governed by the agreement for the particular project. This website does not provide a standard warranty, ownership transfer or service-level commitment for every project.

Using the website

You may browse the website and share links to it for legitimate purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its availability, submit malicious content, misuse the contact form, impersonate another person or bypass its security controls. Security testing requires our prior written authorisation and an agreed scope.

Please provide information that you are entitled to share. Do not use an initial enquiry to send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, identity documents, tax identifiers or confidential records about your clients. We can agree an appropriate channel if sensitive project information is needed later.

Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, website text, designs and materials are owned by or licensed to NOCTIS STUDIOS LIMITED. Third-party names, marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Displaying a platform logo or linking to an app store does not imply endorsement by that platform.

You may view or retain a reasonable copy of information to evaluate our services. This does not grant a licence to reuse our branding, distribute our software, republish substantial parts of the website or resell its content. Nothing here restricts uses permitted by applicable law.
